Receive and inspect an incubator

Delivery costs $12.95 for goods below $250. At a pre-discount merchandise subtotal of $250 or more, the delivery charge is waived. Newsletter savings apply only to goods and do not change the subtotal used to determine that threshold. Check the separate lines in the hatch-kit total before submitting.

Your request should contain a complete delivery address and postal code. Keep the reference for enquiries, but do not schedule a live batch around it: submitting the request does not promise a dispatch date or arrival window. The equipment should be available for inspection before it becomes part of an incubation plan.

Unpack without placing pressure on the clear lid or tray connections. Compare inserts and turning components with the ordered chamber, and retain the carton and protective supports. Email support@broodtemperature.shop about damage or a proposed return, stating the model, reference and whether it has been used. Clean and dry removable parts appropriately before repacking; avoid enclosing moisture or biological residue.
